1. Purpose and scope
The CSR Policy sets out the Company’s fundamental principles concerning:
- people and the working environment;
- ethics and responsible business conduct;
- the environment and use of resources;
- data security and artificial intelligence; and
- suppliers and business partners.
The policy applies to the Company’s management, employees, projects, and material business relationships.
2. People and working environment
Evitracore ApS is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive working environment.
The Company does not accept discrimination, harassment, bullying, forced labour, or child labour. Employees and business partners shall be treated with respect regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or other personal background.
3. Ethical business conduct
Evitracore ApS conducts its activities in accordance with applicable law and generally accepted principles of responsible business practice.
The Company does not accept:
- bribery or corruption;
- fraud or misleading conduct;
- misuse of confidential information;
- undisclosed conflicts of interest; or
- anti-competitive or otherwise unlawful conduct.
Material decisions shall, to the extent reasonably practicable, be documented, transparent, and capable of explanation.
4. Environment and use of resources
Evitracore ApS seeks to limit the environmental impact of its activities. The Company will, where relevant and reasonably practicable:
- prioritise digital workflows;
- limit unnecessary paper and energy consumption;
- reuse or dispose of electronic equipment responsibly;
- select energy-efficient solutions where practically and economically reasonable; and
- consider environmental impact when purchasing goods and selecting suppliers.
5. Responsible technology and artificial intelligence
Evitracore ApS develops and uses technology with due regard for security, quality, and accountability. The Company will:
- protect personal data and confidential information;
- apply appropriate access controls and security measures;
- document material systems, decisions, and changes;
- maintain human oversight of material AI-supported processes;
- assess risks relating to error, discrimination, misuse, and insufficient transparency; and
- comply with applicable requirements concerning data protection, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.
AI-generated content and automated outputs shall be reviewed to an extent proportionate to their potential effect on individuals, customers, or the Company’s operations.
6. Customers and users
Evitracore ApS seeks to provide solutions that are secure, reliable, and understandable. Information concerning products, prices, functions, and limitations shall be accurate and not misleading.
Complaints, defects, and security incidents shall be addressed objectively and within a reasonable period.
7. Suppliers and business partners
Evitracore ApS expects material suppliers and business partners to comply with applicable law and conduct their activities responsibly. Supplier selection may take account of:
- information security and data protection;
- working conditions and environmental performance;
- business ethics; and
- technical and financial reliability.
In the event of a serious or repeated breach, the relevant business relationship may be reconsidered or terminated.
8. Reporting concerns
Suspected unlawful, unethical, or irresponsible conduct should be reported to the Company’s management. Reports may be submitted to hello@evitracore.com.
Reports shall be handled confidentially and objectively. No person who raises a concern in good faith shall be subjected to retaliation.
9. Responsibility and review
Executive Management has overall responsibility for this policy. The policy shall be reviewed at least annually and updated following material changes to the Company’s activities, risks, or applicable legal requirements.
