The app keeps the most-used path close: enter values, review result, compare range, and save the record without moving through a heavy platform.

Calculation modesDirect travel speed, weld length plus time, machine measured energy, pulsed average or machine energy, and power beam contexts.
Offline-first postureProject data stays local. Network access is used only by Google Play Billing; there is no WebView, analytics SDK, AI service, cloud sync, login, advertising, or EviTraCore backend.
Local protectionEncrypted app-private preferences, Android backup disabled, secure-window behavior, and temporary read-only sharing grants.

Heat Input product privacy

This notice applies specifically to EviTraCore Heat Input for Android, package com.evitracore.heatinput, version VC5. It supplements the EviTraCore Privacy Policy and reflects the current release implementation.

Data stored on your deviceThe app may store project and company details, references, WPS ranges, welding parameters, drawings and drawing metadata, job or weld IDs, welder and inspector IDs, inspector signatures, notes, corrective actions, inspection results, report settings, customer logos, and local Pro entitlement status.
Local security and retentionSaved app data is held in app-private encrypted SharedPreferences using AES-GCM with key material in Android Keystore. Android cloud backup and device-transfer extraction are disabled. Data remains until you delete records or app data, replace it through a restore, or uninstall the app. Release builds use screenshot and screen-recording protection.
Network use and collectionThe app has internet and network-state access solely for Google Play Billing. It has no EviTraCore account or backend, WebView, analytics, advertising, advertising ID access, telemetry, crash-reporting SDK, AI service, location access, or cloud sync. Project, WPS, drawing, welder, inspector, signature, and inspection records are not transmitted to EviTraCore or Google Play Billing. They leave the app only when you initiate an export, share, external link, or file transfer as described below.
Lifetime Pro purchaseThe current release offers the one-time, non-consumable Google Play product evitracore_pro_lifetime. Google Play processes the purchaser account and payment. The app receives localized product and price details, product ID, purchase state, acknowledgement state, and a purchase token to buy, acknowledge, validate on the device, and restore Pro access. The token and billing requests are exchanged with Google Play, not an EviTraCore server. EviTraCore does not receive your full payment-card details. This release does not offer a subscription.
Exports, backups, imports, and linksPDF, CSV, PNG, print, project-package, and full-workspace JSON files are created in app cache only after your action and shared with an app you choose through a temporary read-only Android permission. The cache is cleared before a new generated export. Full-workspace backup JSON and exported files are not encrypted by the app after export and may contain sensitive project data; protect and delete them at their destination. Imports and customer logos are read only after you choose a file. Customer links open in an external browser whose privacy terms apply.
Deletion and privacy requestsUse the in-app delete controls to remove projects and related local records. You can remove all local app data through Android settings or by uninstalling the app; automatic Android backup is disabled. Exported copies must be deleted separately from their destinations. Because EviTraCore does not receive your project records or operate an app account, it cannot access or delete that local data remotely. Google retains purchase information under Google’s own policies.
